Helmed by culinary maestro Chef Kazuyuki Itagaki, Sukiyaki Nakagawa presents an authentic and flavourful Kansai sukiyaki ritual. Drawing inspiration from the original sukiyaki establishment in Tokyo for which it is named, it pays homage to the vibrant culinary culture and elevates it through meticulously crafted multicourse omakase menus at lunch and dinner starring three acclaimed Japanese wagyu-beef varieties: Matsusaka wagyu, Oita wagyu and Jinnai Wagyu Aka.
The Sukiyaki Nakagawa experience is a collection of cherished moments embodying the time-honoured Japanese principles of beauty, purity and harmony. It begins with greasing the pan with wagyu fat and white sugar from Fukuoka, imparting a slightly caramelised flavour to the meat. Two delightful dips feature prized Kosawari Tamago eggs from Hyogo Prefecture, while seasonal appetisers, sashimi and vegetables are flown in from Japan.
